The art program at Prep is led by Lena Barlow, Addie Louis, and Lisa Shive.  Every year students submit their art work into the Scholastic Art Competition.  The competition for the scholastic art awards is very competitive. only about 30% of works receive awards.  A new staff of jurors are selected each year to judge the art.   Prep won 84 of the 526 awards, more than any other school in the state (15 Gold Keys, 31 Silver Keys, and 38 Honorable Mentions).
