Our social media editors were told they had to have a byline for Issue 10. This hard-hitting piece of journalism is the result. 

Chick-fil-A’s new salad is a Lemon Kale Caesar Salad. It is served with their grilled chicken nuggets. The dressing is a lemon caesar vinaigrette and comes with parmesan lemon panko.

The salad itself has lemons in it, which are kind of difficult to eat around. The greens in the salad are a mix of romaine and kale.  It is a seasonal salad so it won’t be around for long.

We are personally not huge fans of this salad. The kale in the salad we sampled was kind of difficult to eat. It was very tough but maybe mine ours just a mess up. Overall the flavor is nice, we just wish the kale was more leafy and less rough.
